It was a total dream catering Alice and James’ wedding in Te Puna at the start of March 2020. They chose an amazingly talented bunch of vendors to bring their vision to life and trust me – it was a big WOW from our team when we saw the set up. We set up an oyster bar filled with Bluffies and Te Kouma oysters to kick off cocktail hour along with a delicious canapé selection. And the FOOD!! Wow!!! It was incredible, I’m pretty sure almost everyone who attended has made comments on how delicious it was, it was also presented beautifully! The family style was prefect because everyone got what they wanted. Canapés were a hit! We were actually meant to get more group photos but James and I flagged them cause we wanted to join everyone for the canapés! The oysters were a huge success! Prefect spot for it, I’m glad we didn’t cut them in the end. Lots of comments on the entrees/breads and dips on how delicious they were! And even more fabulous comments on the mains. Also my vegan friend rach was soo impressed with her individual meal. So THANK YOU!!
