There’s something pretty special about catering a wedding where the food starts at home. Annabel + Bennett shared some beautiful produce from their garden with us, and we loved weaving it through their wedding feast – fresh, generous and full of the place they call home.
Their Wairoa celebration was all about good people, long tables and food made to be shared. After the ceremony we brought out a solid line up of canapés – prawn toast (such a crowd face) ceviche on tostada, Thai-spiced chicken on prawn cracker and date labneh on a crunchy pita.
For the shared style main we served up platters of melt-in-your-mouth lamb, charcoal chicken with tamarind BBQ, buttery new potatoes, garden vegetables, labneh and crisp baby cos.
It was the kind of wedding we love being part of. Nothing fussy. Just beautiful people, beautiful produce and a table full of food to bring everyone together.
Thank you, Annabel + Bennett, for having us there.

“No Biggie catered our wedding late December and made the experience worth every penny! The food was divine, and still has our mouths drooling. Lots of guests commented on the food ‘being the best wedding dinner they’ve had’. And we could not agree more! Both Sarah and Jesse were accommodating, relaxed and easy to work with from the start, and we could not recommend them more!”
