Claudia + Richard asked us to do a few grazing tables for their wedding at the beautiful Aongatete Lodge in December 2016. We loaded the tables with local and seasonal goodies, including sides of smoked kingfish that Richard and the boys had caught themselves. A real talking point was the pork and rabbit rillettes and the artichokes, which we picked from our garden. The bridal party loved the picnic hampers we put together for them to eat during photos – something we will be offering all our clients as they were such a hit.
