We love any excuse for a long Sunday lunch spent with friends, eating tasty food and sipping on a couple of vinos. It’s also the perfect time to try out a number of new menu ideas we have for catering jobs we have coming up. On this Sunday we served up a selection of canapés to kick proceedings off. Moving on to a shared family style meal, where we played pass the salad. Couldn’t think of a better way to spend our Sunday, over looking Matakana Island and up the Coromandel coast.
