Maggie and Matt are dead set legends. They found us through Black Walnut Venue, a new wedding venue in Pahoia. However, it turns out Jesse went to Primary school with Maggie. We love having these prior connections with our couples. Their brief was clear – lots of delicious food for 150 of their nearest and dearest.
We always recommend a late night snack to our couples – as we can guarantee guests will be getting that snack attack feeling after a few post dinner whiskies and jives on the d-floor. For Maggie and Matt we made platters and platters full of cheesy toasties with tomato kasundi on sourdough. They went down like a house on fire and allowed guests to kick on well into the evening. At other weddings we’ve also served loaded hot dogs, cheeseburgers, pies and sausage rolls.
