The wedding of Rochelle and Torben at their family owned Two Mile Bay Sailing Club on Lake Taupo was an amazing day. We got the call from Rochelle a few weeks out from their wedding day saying their caterer had fallen through and if we had any availability for their date. Luckily for them (and us) we did and we were thrilled to be involved. It was really important for them to have their menu reflect their local area – we worked together to source Taupo Lamb and Beef to feed their loved ones.

A note from the couple
“Thank you so much also for the incredible spread for our wedding. The food was absolutely perfect and we loved how you worked in with our staff. They got a real kick out of it. Thank you for accommodating us at such short notice too! It could not have worked out more perfectly. When our guests first sat down for dinner you could feel the energy and I started to get a bit concerned that there was too much (alcohol fueled) energy! But the food came out and you knew it was good because guests got stuck into it and the whole vibe mellowed slightly. It needed too! We had so many compliments on the food. It really shone!”
