2023 was the year we got to catering for a number of weddings Mercury Ridge, which all kicked off with the wedding of Emilie and Sam. They were lucky enough to slot their wedding in between cyclones and the endless rain that was the 2022/23 ‘summer’. ” We just wanted to say a massive thank you for your amazing mahi at our Coromandel wedding on Saturday. Exceptional doesn’t even begin to cover it – you added to the energy and vibe with your amazing people. We loved having the crew there, we just wish they could have joined the party!
And. The. Food. It was 100 million out of 10. We loved every bite (my mouth is literally watering as I type this) and guests have not stopped talking about how incredible it was. We’ve even had people say to us that it’s been the best food they have ever had – not just at a wedding – like, the best food they have EVER had.
How you are able to ship in so slickly and easily and create the most amazing dishes so quickly in a remote setting is nothing short of astonishing. You were a huge part of contributing to making the 21st January 2023 our favourite day ever. You lived up to your name in every way possible, and we never felt like we were asking too much – I am just so grateful. Thank you so much.”
