Grilled Halloumi + Roasted Kumara + Beetroot

Tuesday is Cheese Day in the C + W kitchen. We have a weekly delivery of organic, raw milk from Right Choice Live Milk who hail from the Waikato. We have upped our order next week for our first attempt at a hard cheese… a much longer wait before tasting. This week we (well, really Chase is the cheese queen and I assist) made halloumi. It’s quite easy and it was superb! Perfect with some roasted root vegetables, lamb chops and sorrel salad.
