Our annual wedding menu tasting is always an exciting time for us. Not only do we get to meet most of our clients for the upcoming season – we get to feed them too. The 2019 wedding tasting was one to remember – with a record number of guests attend. They were advised to wear their stretchiest pants as the menu we had planned was HUGE. Starting off with canapés and small grazing platters to get the taste buds warmed up. Then it was on to a sit down shared style meal, followed by dessert.
